While last-minute bookings are accommodated, we recommend securing your reservation approximately four weeks in advance to ensure the availability of your desired items.
To initiate a reservation, kindly complete a questionnaire to receive a quote. Essential information includes the event date, venue details, ground type, and specific rental requirements. Upon gathering this information, an emailed quote will be provided, and a reservation can be confirmed by signing the accompanying e-signature request form.
Yes, modifications to your order can be made.
Tent and event item pricing is determined based on several factors, including tent size, anchoring type, delivery location, and tent type (frame or pole). We establish a base price for tents, customizing quotes once all necessary information is provided to ensure accuracy.
We accept payment through cash, check, or credit card.
Currently, we do not require a security deposit. However, a 6% credit card processing fee is applicable for credit card payments.
Delivery charges are $6 per mile from 33760, with a minimum delivery fee of $75.
We handle the setup and takedown of all tents. Additionally, setup and takedown services for tables, chairs, fans, lights, heaters, etc., are available.
Delivery and pick-up hours are flexible, and we collaborate with customers to accommodate mutually convenient schedules.
In the event of inclement weather, a 50% cancellation fee applies to tent rentals. Items cannot be canceled within 10 business days of the scheduled event, and cancellations within this timeframe incur the full rental cost. Exceptions may be considered for unforeseeable weather events, such as hurricanes, with personalized arrangements.
Ensure the designated area is easily accessible, free from obstructions, and allows for a 5-10 ft buffer around the tent for staking. If local permits are required, address them in advance.
